    With strong roots in Break dancing Culture, dance music, and a passion for music, DJ Self as a producer has become one of today's' icons in the Hard House and Break beat scene. His discography is a master list of some of the most classic energetic party jams ever produced. DJ Self's style of hardhouse with break beats, helped break down boundaries between the two genres, a sound that set dance floors on fire worldwide. DJ Self productions have appeared on a multitude of dance labels from hardhouse mega giants like Chicago's Jasperstone Records, Underground Construction,Renegade Records,Los Angeles Based & Cali's.. Abstract Music,Dynamic Tracks,Music Factory,Greedy records,DMC, to break beat movers like Texas based,Latin 1 stop, R2M,Latium Records,& Florida's Xquizit Records, Kaleidoscope Records, Hallucin8Trax, Funk Lab, to his home town VA/DC Nivek records,Loop, and RAW DOG records. Just to name a few. His career also included spinning on a Top 40 station, Z104, based out of Washington, DC.  He rocked the air waves on his own nightly mix show Mon-Friday until the Station changed music format. Recognized years ago as a player in the scene by DMA, and DJ Times, this self proclaimed Christian is scorching dance floors with the speed & energy of Nitrous Oxide laden beats. Whether it's old school, Miami-Bass, Breaks, Chicago/LA Style Hard House,Jump Style,Hard Style and even at times a Freestyle set.. DJ Self brings the funk with that hardbangin' style.
